Meta App ID / API Guidelines Compliant

In compliance with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Policies, ordflo provides a transparent and straightforward path for both Business Operators and End Customers to request the permanent deletion of their personal, conversational, and operational records from our databases.

How We Manage Data

ordflo stores customer chats, catalog updates, and order details inside secure, encrypted Google Cloud Firestore clusters. We strictly restrict retention:

  • Completed Orders Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for operational auditing, after which they are permanently auto-pruned.
  • Conversational Logs: WhatsApp chat histories are automatically purged from our servers 30 days after a conversation is closed.

If you wish to request the immediate, permanent deletion of your data from our systems ahead of the automatic retention limits, you can:

If you encounter issues using the automated form, you can submit an email request directly.

  1. Send an email to contact.ordflo@gmail.com with the subject line “WhatsApp Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Specify the business name or the WhatsApp phone number linked to the data.
  3. Our support desk will verify ownership and complete the purge within 5 business days, sending a confirmation certificate.
