Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ordflo mobile application, website, and automated AI services. By downloading our Android app or connecting your WhatsApp Business account, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Use of Service

ordflo provides an AI-powered operations manager for small and medium businesses. You must be an authorized business owner or operator to initialize our app and connect a Meta WhatsApp Cloud API endpoint. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate credentials for setup.
  • Maintain control over your connected WhatsApp Business account.
  • Not use the AI system to transmit spam, unsolicited promotional brochures, or restricted items under WhatsApp Commerce Policies.

2. WhatsApp & Meta Platform API Terms

Your integration depends directly on the Meta Developer Platform and WhatsApp Cloud API:

  • You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Commerce Policies.
  • We do not control Meta's billing rates for Utility or Marketing conversation templates. Operators are responsible for any direct API costs billed by Meta.
  • Any blockages or bans initiated by Meta due to Operator's violations of policy are outside of ordflo's liability.

3. Free Beta Access & Usage

ordflo is currently offered under a free beta access model:

  • Beta access is provided free of charge during this testing and optimization phase. We reserve the right to introduce premium tiers or billing in the future, with advance notice to all active users.
  • You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your WhatsApp Business account or uninstalling the mobile application. Upon termination, your connected WhatsApp webhook integration will be deactivated.

4. Limitations of AI Responsibility

ordflo utilizes business-trained AI models to extract intents, draft replies, and compile orders:

  • While our models are highly accurate, AI output is conversational. Operators must verify order logs, transaction rates, and delivery details in the App Console.
  • We do not assume liability for business losses, failed deliveries, or scheduling errors resulting from AI interpretations.

5. Service Availability

We strive for a 99.9% operational uptime. However, since the system utilizes third-party webhooks (Meta Cloud, Firebase), we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. We will make best efforts to restore service during general outages.
